How to report a repair for your home
Report a repair

You have three options for reporting a non-emergency repair:
If you choose to complete the online form please provide your tenancy reference number and contact number.
Once we receive your repair request will acknowledge receipt and inform you of the job's priority, the name of the contractor and when we expect the work to be completed. We aim to complete repairs on the first visit (known as first-time fix).
All our contractors carry official identification. If in any doubt, always ask to see it.
First time fix:
A repair is considered fixed on the first visit when our contractor has attended the property, identified, diagnosed and remedied the fault before then leaving the property.
Where the job requires multiple tradespeople who may follow on from each other, then the work would still be considered completed first time so long as each of the trades were completed in one visit.

Rising energy costs and the impact of our usage on the environment means we all need to look at how we heat our homes and maximise their efficiency.

We are improving energy efficiency through our improvement programme.
- Installing condensing ‘A’ rated boilers
- Fitting thermostatic radiator valves
- Replacing windows with energy efficient double glazing windows and incorporating ‘trickle’ vents to provide ventilation
- Using only ‘A’ rated appliances
As well as general DIY, you can carry out improvements to your home such as:
• Installing satellite dishes
• Replacement kitchen
• Wood flooring etc.
However, you must request permission from us prior to starting any work.
Each application is considered separately and permission is usually given, subject to any conditions that may be appropriate.
