Income Management

Income Management Advisor

Introducing Axiom’s welfare advice service for our tenants

Angie Noble is Axiom’s Income Management Advisor, and her role is to help our tenants ensure that they are receiving any benefits they are entitled to – this includes assisting with the claiming process, liaising with the many benefit departments on their behalf and helping to challenge decisions regarding benefit entitlement that are felt to be unfair.

However, it is not just about money! Angie can also help and advise with a variety of issues such as dealing with debt, liaising with Social Services and helping to obtain assessments for disabled living equipment.

During the last twelve months Axiom has assisted many tenants – helping them in claiming an extra £315,000 per annum in total and this is only the tip of the iceberg!

At Axiom, we would urge everybody to have a ‘benefit check’ to ensure that entitlements are being paid, especially if there has been a change in your circumstances- for example, a new baby, reaching retirement, moving in with someone or having someone move in with you. This is quick and simple to arrange – most checks can be completed over the telephone in the first instance.

If you have a query please contact Angie by telephoning 01733 347135 or email: enquiries@axiomha.org.uk

We are currently looking at ways to enhance the welfare advice available on our website. If you have any comments or ideas on what you would like to see included, please complete the feedback form via the ‘Feedback and Enquiries’ button. This will help us to ensure that we are meeting your expectations where possible!
