Residents are at the heart of everything we do; we are strongly committed to involving residents in all levels of our service.
We continually develop and promote resident inclusion to make sure that we deliver continual improvement and services that meet residents needs and expectations.
We provide a range of flexible opportunities to be involved and encourage all our residents to work with us. We want residents to be able to get involved at a level that suits them so they can involved in all aspects affecting their home and surrounding environment.
Our Vision: Our Vision is making a difference to people's lives.
Residents can therefore get involved with activities and events within their own communitiy, projects and/or schemes as well as getting involved with a range of activities with affect Axiom and their local neighbourhood.
Residents can choose how much or how little involvement they wish to have. A resident can be from one of our sheltered schemes, a Foyer, general needs accommodation or supported housing. Everyone is welcome.
Axiom Residents Forum
Axiom Residents' Forum is a mix of residents with different skills, views and ideas who all have a passion for making a difference. The forum, affectionately known as ARF, was formed in June 2007 and promotes the views and interests of residents across Axiom's service areas.
The purpose of the Forum, as stated in their constitution, is: "To wherever possible, promote and represent the views and best interested of as many residents as possible in matters which affect their rights, management, maintenance, improvements and services'. ARF can also act as an advocate to any Axiom resident.
ARF have their own offices based in Sayer Court and meet regularly; should you need to contact a member of ARF then please call 01733 371891.

You do not need any specific skills?
What we really need are your views, opinions, ideas and comments. Without these, how can we be sure that we are providing the services you need? You can give as much or as little time as you like.
Here’s a taste of the various ways that you can become involved:
Axiom Residents Forum, News Editorial Team, Tenant Panels and Focus Groups, STATUS resident satisfaction surveys, the opportunities are varied and wide.
Sign-up for any of these and there are lots of things we may ask you to get involved in - again the choice is yours. There is something to suit everyone, and you can do as much or as little as you are comfortable with. We always pay your travel expenses and provide pre-paid envelopes if we ask you to send something back to us.
