Report a Repair

We are happy for our tenants to report repair requests on-line - simply complete the information boxes below. Details are then directed straight to our repairs team. For security purposes you will need to submit your tenancy reference number which can be found on your rent payment card (swipe card).

Your request will be acknowledged and we will then inform you of the job's priority, the name of the contractor who will be attending, and when we expect the work to be completed. It helps if you are able to give a contact telephone number in case we need to check anything with you - this is also useful if the contractor needs to make an appointment to arrange access.

Please do not use this form for emergency repairs. Telephone these through to our emergency repairs hot line 0800 585699. Calls are monitored.

Finally all of Axiom's contractors carry official identification. If in any doubt - ask to see it!
