PROJECT WORKER, FAIR VIEW COURT  
Ref:  816

 
c. £13,184 - 27.5 hours pw

Fair View Court is a 17 unit move-on project for the homeless. It provides support to residents for a maximum of two years allowing them to develop their life and social skills.

The role of Project Worker will be to work closely with residents and relevant agencies to support them in achieving their ultimate aim of living independently. To be successful in this post you should have a desire to further the life chances of homeless people and be patient and calm in dealing with challenging situations. Previous experience of working with this client group would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided. It is important that you can adopt flexible working arrangements, including evenings and weekends.
