  1. Cambridgeshire Extra Care scheme rated “good” by government inspector - 21 Sep 17

    A Cambridgeshire Extra Care scheme, which provides 30 homes for older and vulnerable people, has been ranked as providing a “good overall” care service by the government’s independent Care Quality Commission (CQC).

    Bircham House in Sawston is owned by Sanctuary Housing Association, which outsources the scheme’s on-site care services to Axiom Housing. The care services are managed by Axiom’s in-house care company, Axiom Care.

  4. Axiom whips up the excitement after joining Longhurst Group - 7 Jul 17

    Axiom Housing Association has been celebrating in style this week after officially joining Longhurst Group.

    The Group which now owns and manages over 20,000 properties across the country, marked the occasion with a series of events at each of its 80 offices and residential schemes, including a visit from a bespoke ice cream van. 

    The events also featured a balloon launch from Axiom’s base at Peterborough and the unveiling of new signage.

    ONE of Cambridgeshire’s leading housing associations has agreed an exciting partnership that will help it to deliver 250 new homes in the area each year while maintaining its focus on providing comprehensive care and support services.

  6. Staff fundraising helps in-house homeless charity - 24 May 17

    Vulnerable and homeless people who access help and support through a housing association-run charity will receive an extra boost thanks to the fundraising efforts of employees.

    Staff based at Axiom Housing Association raised nearly £500 for its Axiom Homeless Action (AHA) charity by holding a variety of events over the past 12 months.

  7. Co-op shoppers raise over £7k for Axiom Homeless Action - 8 May 17

    Homeless people accessing help and accommodation from Axiom Homeless Action in Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire, will benefit from a cash boost of £7,715 thanks to a three-month Lincolnshire Co-op fundraising campaign.

     

  8. Axiom makes Top 100 index for UK’s best diversity organisations - 2 May 17

    Employees at Peterborough-based housing association, Axiom are celebrating after being recognised as one of the best organisations to work for by the National Centre for Diversity.

     

  9. Fundraising supports bereaved Peterborough families - 24 Apr 17

    Staff at Axiom Housing Association participated in activities including walking, swimming, climbing and dancing to raise funds for training two bereavement counsellors to support local families who have lost a child.
