If you are looking to move to a different area, or a bigger or smaller property, have you considered a mutual exchange? A mutual exchange enables you to swap homes with another Axiom, local authority or housing association resident.

Axiom hold a mutual exchange register which is also available to you by post or can be viewed in the reception area at our office in Maskew Avenue. If you would like to add your property to our list you can do this over the telephone or by popping into our reception and completing a card.

Once you have found someone who is willing to swap homes with you, contact us and we will send the relevant forms. Please remember however, you must seek your landlord's permission before you arrange for the exchange to take place, as there is a legal process that must be followed to enable the properties to be assigned.
