We would like to introduce you to our new Corporate Leaflets and Corporate Information, which you will find listed below. However, before taking a look at them, we would like to explain a little more about how they fit in with our approach to improve ACCESS TO SERVICES.
One of our corporate objectives is to provide outstanding services. These services can be broken down into three categories:

Within the Access to Services framework:
- We will improve access to our services to meet the diverse needs of our current residents and service users.
- We will develop a wider range of opportunities for customers to contact us and obtain services.
- We will ensure that performance targets for customer satisfaction are within the top quartile for the sector.
- We will ensure that mechanisms are in place to respond to customer complaints and that we learn from customer feedback to continually improve our services.
- We will implement the recommendations for service and performance improvement from the internal inspection of our services and audit report recommendations.
