We own and manage various types of housing accommodation
for rent. The list below indicates locations of our general needs housing
stock and also briefly describes the property type. Most of our estates
are extremely popular and the majority of our homes are already let,
therefore lettings depend upon existing tenants moving on.

In Peterborough

Central Area - 19 properties - mix of Studio, 1 and 2 bed flats and 1 x 3 bed house.
Dogsthorpe - Acer Road - 29 properties 16 x studio flats and 13 x 2 bed houses.
Eastfield - 35 properties - mix of 1 flat and 2 and 4 bed houses.
Fletton - Small amount of 1 and 2 bed flats. Also small amount of 2 bed bungalows for the over 55's.
London Road - 3 x 1 and 1 x 4 bed bungalow (disabled).
Millfield - 89 properties - mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed flats. Also 2, 3 and 4 bed houses and 6 x 2 bed bungalow.
Netherton - Axiom Avenue - Mix of 1 and 2 bed flats, 3 bed houses and 2 bed bungalows. Also small amount of 2 bed chalet bungalows for the over 55's.
North Bretton - 48 properties - mix of 1 bed flats, 3 and 4 bed houses, 1 and 2 bed bungalow.
Orton Goldhay - Small number of single person, 1 bedroom flats. Also small number of 1 bed flats for the over 50's.
Paston - Saddle Court - mix of 1 and 2 bed flats.
Ravensthorpe - 7 x 3 bed houses and 1 x 4 bed house.
South Bretton - 233 properties - mix of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bed flats, 3 and 4 bed houses, 1 bed bungalows and 4 person maisonette.
Stanground - Small number of 1 and 2 bed flats for the over 50's.
Tennyson Road - Small number of single person flats and 1 x 3 bed flat.
Werrington - 1 property - 3 bed house.
West Town - Small number of 1 and 2 bed flats, 1 x 1 bed and 1 x 2 bed house.
