| Hints for completing the housing application form:
- Please read the application form carefully, together with the information
relating to how we allocate our homes.
- Send any written correspondence to support your application - this
could be a letter from your current landlord, or friends that you
are staying with.
- Please provide us with any other supporting documentation that
you feel may support your application and / or confirm your current
housing situation.
In summary, your completed application should consist of:
- Housing Application Form
- Completed ‘check list’ showing additional supporting
documents
- Any other relevant letters or documents in support of your application
- Form relating to ethnic origin
