Foyers for Young People
Foyers provide accommodation with opportunity for young people and a community in which they can grow and thrive. By combining a safe place to live with personal support, training and employment advice, they offer young people the chance to escape the 'no home, no job' cycle, enabling them to develop new skills and confidence.
Axiom has four Foyers – all providing accommodation for young single people between the ages of 16 and 30.
The Foyer Federation recognises the importance of adding value to Foyers by reconnecting ‘discouraged learners’ back into learning and young people who live at the Foyers have to agree to engage in employment, or undertake training or further education.
All Foyers offer good quality accommodation and have specialist staff on-hand to help residents make the transition to independence.
