I am having problems with my neighbours / being affected by anti-social behaviour / racial harassment - what can I do ?
If you are experiencing anti-social behaviour, ask for a copy of our booklet which explains what anti-social behaviour is and what can be done about it. Also, keep a record of the problems you are experiencing and raise your concerns in the first instance with your Area Housing Assistant.
If you are having problems with neighbour nuisance, contact your Area Housing Assistant. If necessary you can also seek advice from your local authority's Environmental department with regard to noise levels, etc.
Axiom has adopted a range of measures to tackle incidents of racial harassment against its residents, members of their household, visitors to an Axiom property or contractors. Should you experience racial harassment, please contact either your Area Housing Assistant or our Customer Services Team.
