Sited within the grounds of the Peterborough Foyer, this scheme of 10 units, 8 of which are self contained flats is NOW OPEN.
Tait Close is an innovative new project that provides supported accommodation for both single parents or joint applicants, aged 16-19 years, expecting a baby or with a child less than 5 years.
Those meeting the following criteria will be considered:
Single or young parent aged 16-19 years or with a child less than 5 years old.
Priority given to 16-17 year olds.
Eligible for Housing Benefit or able to pay rent.
Baby must be with you.
Be homeless or inadequately housed for bringing up a child.
Be in need for support above the need of housing and willing to engage with support.
