Our Strategy

We have reviewed our corporate strategy to take into account our new operating environment. We operate in a fast changing environment and the new strategy sets the direction for the period 2009-2012, building on our traditional values, whilst strengthening operations and financial resilience to meet the challenges ahead.

We work to meet the needs of:

  • Young People: In our foyers, hostels and through our support services
  • Vulnerable Adults: In our hostels, independent accommodation and through our support services
  • Families: In our flats and houses
  • Older People: In our sheltered housing and extra care accommodation
