    Our Strategy

    To ensure that Axiom has a clear direction for the period 2012-2015 we have developed the following six corporate objectives built on the foundation of our 2009-2012 strategy. Our approach reflects the changes in the external environment and our need to continually evolve, adapt and progress.

    Our six objectives will be achieved through the delivery of a series of service plans, which will be reviewed annually in the context of our performance and changes in the external environment.

    We work to meet the needs of:

    • Young People: In our foyers, hostels and through our support services
    • Vulnerable Adults: In our hostels, independent accommodation and through our support services
    • Families: In our flats and houses
    • Older People: In our sheltered housing and extra care accommodation
