Key Objectives


• Objective One - Providing First Class Services
  
  All the services we provide will be delivered in a professional and efficient manner and will shall give our customers the opportunity to be involved in setting service levels and standards.
  
  We will allocate our housing and other resources in a fair and consistent way recognising the needs for our diverse communities.



• Objective Two - Maintaining and Improving our Assets
  
  We will maintain and improve our housing stock and other assets to a high standard of repair for the benefit of current and future tenants.
  
  In addition we will review our property portfolio to ensure compatibility with present customer needs and future requirements.



• Objective Three - Enhancing the Quality of Life for Customers
  
  We will focus on the needs of customers and their communities. We will invest resources to ensure that their homes are safe and secure, are energy efficient and within in a pleasant environment.


Within available resources we will encourage and promote community development work for the benefit of all our customers.

We will ensure that tenants understand their obligations and will enforce individual tenancy conditions for the benefit of the community.


• Objective Four - Increasing the Supply of Housing
  
  We will aim to develop or acquire as much additional good quality affordable housing within our existing areas of operation, and the financial resources available to us.
  
  We shall continue to focus on providing new housing in a planned and purposeful way, doing so only where there is a demonstrable need.



• Objective Five - New Housing and Related Services
  
  We shall develop innovative solutions and provide quality housing, training, care and tenancy support services in response to the express needs of our customers - present and future.



• Objective Six - Achieving Excellence in Management, Governance and Efficiency throughout the organisation
  
  We shall maintain a clear focus on effective business management at all levels; operate efficiently and with financial prudence and have due regard to business risk.
