| Established in 1967, Axiom's primary objective is: - 'building better communities.
We operate from our head office in Peterborough and have about 2,000 properties
in our management, with an active development programme throughout Cambridgeshire
and Lincolnshire.
Axiom is registered with the Housing Corporation (L0395) - they monitor
our performance and provide much of the funding for new development
activity. We are also incorporated under the Industrial and Provident
Society Acts in England (No. 17971 R) under charitable rules.
The Association is governed by an experienced Board of Management (voluntary
unpaid members) who between them have a deep understanding of social
housing issues, and they establish our goals,
objectives and business strategies.
We currently employ over 150 members of staff, delivering housing management
services, tenancy support, property maintenance, customer services,
services for elderly people, and internal administrative/corporate
support.
